CDC Provides Strategies for Dealing with Arthritis

CDC_ArthritisPicMay is Arthritis Action Month. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have launched a new resource intended to provide information about diagnosis and management of the disease. The CDC provides 5 strategies meant to enhance the lives of those who have been diagnosed with arthritis or to help those who haven't been diagnosed keep it that way.  The strategies include: learn self-management strategies, be active, watch your weight, protect your joints, and see your doctor. Get the details about these strategies by visiting the CDC's Arthritis Awareness and Action page.
