Secretary Sebelius awards funding for Chronic Disease Self-Managment Programs for Older Adults in 45 states, including Missouri. The Missouri Arthritis and Osteoporosis Program is working with the Area Agencies on Aging and local public health departments to provide self-management programs through out the state.
