All paperwork has been updated on the leader page. Please take a look at this and ensure that it all looks accurate/that we aren't missing something. I've uploaded the old files (Reach cards, Rosters, Leader Training Roster, and old CDSMP Participant Release form) to the RAC page. You can find those forms if needed in the left column under "Old Paperwork (Pre-2013 Update)".
