In addition to the Word Document format and the PDF/electronic fillable format of the CDSME Course Roster Form (for all group physical activity and self-management programs provided through the Missouri Arthritis and Osteoporosis Program), an Excel Spreadsheet format now also exists. Several leaders suggested this format may be especially helpful for keeping a typed list of participants during workshop registration, and to be able to sort the list to see if the participant had already been listed.
