With the start of a new year comes newly updated paperwork! The Arthritis Foundation has updated their paperwork for Programs for Better Living (Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program and Walk With Ease). Specific to AFEP and WWE courses, the Participant Release Form changed. Specific to additional documents for AF Leader Trainings, the Statement of Understanding, Certification Application and Leader/Instructor Training Workshop Application were streamlined into one document, the AF Leader/Instructor Training and Certification Application.
